- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled ride will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare.

- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings; we are not liable for lost or damaged items.
- Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is left in an unsanitary condition.
4. Passenger Conduct
- Smoking, consuming alcohol (unless permitted), and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Any damages caused by the passenger will be billed accordingly.
- Our chauffeurs have the right to refuse service if passenger behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or external factors beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
